Best Western Plus LA Mid-Town Hotel

Comfortable bed, nice TV, fresh towels. Close to my work location - walking distance - and lots of restaurant choices. Free breakfast better than most hotels that offer it. Eggs, sausage, waffles, and fruit were offerings. Very reasonable $10 overnight covered garage parking fee with plenty of spaces.

Our room was very quiet and we didn't hear any neighbors. I did request a quiet room. It's close to good food in Koreatown and was within walking distance of our hotel. Just walk down 6th and you'll see lots of places to eat. A taco truck was up the block around 5pm and it serves up really good Mexican food too! And tacos were only $1.75. The shower curtains were clean and did not smell sour or have mildew on them. The water pressure from the showerhead was very good and not weak. And the setting for the hot water is set for you so you don't have to guess! Just turn it all the way to the left and you won't scorch yourself. Having a refrigerator and microwave oven came in handy. We parked in the garage every night at a low price of $10. I guess the time of our stay was clear of conventions because it wasn't busy at all and parking was not a problem. Breakfast was ok and a bit better than just packaged pastries. You're able to choose from eggs, pancakes, waffles, sausages, tater tots, cereal, yogurt, etc.

I had previously stayed here in December for another concert we were attending and the beds were so comfortable plus the convenience of location that I decided to book again this time around in LA. We actually got to use the hot breakfast this time around (we overslept last time lol) and the food was pretty good, had options! Water pressure (a must for curly hair) was strong as well!

The stay was overall OK, the room was clean, the bed comfortable, the position was good and there was a desk that I used for working. The breakfast was quite satisfying. I would go back if I wanted a stay in LA for a reasonable price.
